By accessing or using PipelineIQ ("the Service"), operated by PipelineIQ Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PipelineIQ is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform provided on a subscription basis. The Service includes contact management, deal tracking, email integration, analytics, and related tools.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed monthly per seat. Pricing tiers are based on the number of seats purchased. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) upload malicious content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (d) resell the Service without authorization; (e) send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) through the Service.
You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or create. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipelineIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
